how to download free prospectus 2010 of annamalai university distance learning?

hi all, i am in problem, i want to do PG diploma from annamalai university from distance learning, but i cant able to download free prospectus and application form to get addmission, can anyone plz help me to know how to download it. i will wait for your answers plz help me Thanks
